Not anyone gets the chance to become private investigators. Even the wittiest candidates can fall short of the expectations unless he shows an equivalent physical strength to handle the job. It is a skilled work that requires a combination of a sharp mind and endurance. An absence in any of these two can compromise the assignment.

One attribute common to all private investigators is a thorough knowledge in the latest surveillance technology. In fact, prior to getting their licences, they need to pass certain exams that will prove their ability to perform a task using the available resources in their department. So it will come as a surprise if you meet a private investigator who does not know the basics of surveillance. Without these basic surveillance gadgets, the job of private investigators will be a lot difficult. It is important to note though that while these things make a lot of processes faster, it does not necessarily make it easier. Innovation is open to all, even for the bad people. What makes the difference is the speed and skills of both sides.
