When the thing has already been soaked for the required time, taking it out of the bag follows which should then be rinsed well with running water. Moreover, sometimes there will remain stubborn dirt which usually happens when cleaning is not regularly done. To take them off, get some pipe cleaners or some cotton balls which can also do the job.
After it has dried thoroughly, it can then be used again and this completes the whole process. There are however other ways of doing it if you do not want to use alcohol and it can be done by boiling water. Get a small pot and fill it enough to submerge the object and place it on the stove.

But be sure that there were no excess particles inside the tube. Allow the it to simmer for about twenty to thirty minutes and then rinse and have it dried.
