You would have to be good in training other people. If you would be placed in here, then you have to remember that these people are still in the novice level. You would have to be gentle with them. In that way, they would not be discouraged from their job and they would even look up to you.
Master the versatility that is needed from you in the field. If you will be in that mode, then you will have less complaints and that will lead you to be the professional that will be sent out all the time. This will be good for your career since you will have more experience than your colleagues.
