The Bible is not about old tales that have little or no relevance in today's world. Actually, it is a living doctrine that has spanned millennia and is alive and breathing even at the present moment. Of course, there are moments of great historical and spiritual interest in the Biblical Timeline. This includes Jesus Christ being born as a man and man being expelled from the Garden of Eden. Every Christian should at least be aware of these two events and take a further step to know more about other occurrences that are part of this spiritual timeline. The beginning of everything is creation where God brought life to the emptiness that was all around.

Everyone has a different account of history depending on his faith or style of thinking. Christians, Muslims, and Jews always have the opinion that there is a divine hand behind every major global occurrence. Therefore, according to the Bible, the major world empires such as Babylonia and Media-Persia existed because there were pre-ordained by the Creator. The rise and fall of these transnational kingdoms is considered an important part of the bible time-line.

This is a topic of immense interest to any individual who is a Bible scholar. There is a lot that can be studied in this vast and great book. No man can say he has everything spiritual, at his fingertips. Learning is a continuous process and even scholars are aware of that fact. These learned individuals are always carrying out research work and in the process revealing findings and insights that shape the world of academia, in a positive way.

Pastors, bishops and other men of the cloak will never fail to have interest in Bible history because that is their bread and butter. However, the average man can also decide to pursue an interest that involves finding out more about biblical time-line. This will help an individual to not only expand his knowledge bank but also to embark on a great spiritual journey that will end in enlightenment. Being very informed on a particular subject is a great thing because it opens an opportunity to interact with learned members of society.

Basically, it starts at Genesis and ends at revelation. These are millenias of the interaction between man and God that can be divided into Old Testament that is a covenant between God and the Israeli people and the new covenant between God and every person on the face of the earth. The miraculous birth of Jesus, his death and subsequent miraculous resurrection is part of the new dispensation of things.

Christians are very much interested in the New Testament but this is not to say that they are the only people who have interest in great Bible events. Adherents of Judaism and Islam have their eyes focused on the Old Testament because this is the part that mostly concerns them. This sequel has also attracted the interest of people who do not practice any faith because events such as the birth of Christ and the great flood are just too magnanimous to be ignored and there are those who are interested in revealing whether these events did take place.

This time-line would never be interesting without the constant struggle between good and bad that placed heroes and villains against each other. Even the casual reader is aware of the greatest villain of all time: Judas. The greatest moment of awe is resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Human history has been eventful with many highs and lows. The Bible is an account believed by adherents of the major faiths, as a true account of human history. It is an account of great spiritual men, fighters, villains, and events that changed the course of history.
