Leadership has for long been believed to be a preserve of the men. People have also for ages seen women as a group that should come second when it comes to leadership. This is however not the case for the egalitarian church in Denver over the years. The belief here is that everyone has a chance to lead. Therefore people are given equal chances regardless of their gender.
